"Portrait D"
I don't know what brought this on or what the purpose of this is, I just felt inspired to make a photo-collage thing. I have been playing around with this for several hours and it's about time to call it done.

"Stratification"
This is a drawing I did for practice and for fun. I love diagrams. It shows, in isometric, the layers of the earth. I had a big challenge with the rocks and grass. As for the grass, I still can't get it just right yet. So it'll be a work in progress also. Maybe I should put some bones in there.

"Tape Reel"
I just like old manual stuff so I figured that this would fit in nicely next to the typewriter. Anyways, for technical info the device is a Revox A77 Reel-to-reel tape recorder from 1967. It needs to be worked on a lot. The ellipses make me want to barf. I will fix this soon because it's very embarrassing. heh.

"Buddha Cat"
For my cat series. I'm kind of still working on this one, I just went crazy with the anti-aliasing. Now it needs some shading. This is Buddha, he is very good at being a cat. He's actually sacred. This is him with his extremely inquisitive eyes. It's true, he has two sets of whiskers over his eyes, just one side is black and one is white.

"Big Bee"
Here's a little logo that popped into my head while I was driving. It turned out pretty well and was simple to create. I included a little work-in-progress pic with a neat bee sketch I used as reference. I'm still thinking of changing the wings again.

"My Typewriter"
I just got a cool old typewriter so I decided to make a pixel version for here. It's an Olympia De Luxe from 1959, in perfect condition. Pretty fun. This was done in Graphics Gale in a few hours. Some spots are still kind of scribbly but that's ok for now; I'm still working at it... OHH! for once I remembered to save my progression.

"Jack the Kitty"
This is the full picture. I'm working on a series of pixel-art of all the cats in our household. There are 5 and this one is named Jack. He only has one eye, because he was abused before we rescued him. He is extremely affectionate, but is kind of slimy for a cat. He snorts and grunts and is fairly annoying but just needs lots of attention.

I have drawn action figure joints on myself with a sharpie marker. This could be a meaningful statement about society if it wasn't ME doing it and the photography was better. This is more of a rough of the idea.

"Crazy Tophat"
Still in a collagey mood. I started with a sketch of a guy pointing and covered it with cutouts of the appropriate parts. It then took on a life of its own.

A collage that started with a creepy Russian gas mask. The images were pieced together from google image results. Sort of random, but ended up like some kind of evil Jasper Johns flag art.
